Busy day cleaning ready for first show.

Doing my first TVR car show sunday, being part of http://www.britishleisureshow.com/ so as i'm working nights the rest of the week given the cerb a good clean, clay, polish and wax today. Really needed a wash to as i parked outside the girlfriends house and got covered in dust usually take my Jeep but fancied a change







Had to wait for the frost to clear before starting on the body work so started on the wheels as usual.









All the wheels could do with a refurb but thats something for another month

Also changed some of the bolts over

Bracket was all hand made. Fire ex was from halfords. I could knock up some more if people want them.

Another thumbs up for the extinguisher bracket.
I do like your exterior/interior colour combination too.
I get mine back tomorrow so will probably be doing similar things weather permitting.

I like the sound of that idea...I need a new extinguisher in mine...once I get the interior back in and a new clutch...and sort the electrical drain...

Ps I notice that someone has sprayed over many of the nuts n bolts in above pics. I'd source some replacements if it was mine.

Nice finshing touch...stainless bolts...a man after me own heart..it's all in the detail you know

That said the cerbera looks sweet...like the later seats...Mine's the earlier trim which is ok but would like some tuscan seats in purple...

The bolts and cup washers are anodized aluminium ones, they are a higher tensile strength then the steel ones they replace, i have some stainless in the engine bay already that i am slowly changing over.

I've been using this company http://www.tastynuts.com/. i need to cut some of the bolts down as some are too long compared to what i have been taking out. and although sometimes you can get away which it more trouble than its worth so worth the extra effort.

As Simon said, the colour combination is fantastic. Years ago when I was looking for cerb this was the colour combo I wanted.

when i was looking the only thing i knew i want was had to be a 4.5, late model and not silver, when this one popped up in the for sale section, went and looked at it, first one i looked at and drove and brought it.

I attended on the sunday, there was three there on that day, although unsure about the sat. My cerb, a grif and tuscan. Although only a small show was a fun day after it stopped raining. Nice to meet warren with the tuscan, lovely colour. didn't get to meet the grif owner.
