below the plenum chamber are a series of(approx) 2" vertical fuel lines.
a couple of mine weep....heavily.......and will no doubt start a fire if not changed.
they have jubilee clips, but according to my mechanic mate, probably did not have from the factory.
any ideas..... firstly on how tuff a job to change (i am a sparks, and will have a go, but would back off if i thought i may disrupt running etc etc), is it a lego job, or best left to a pro ??
second same pipe with jubilees or a.n.other.
thank you in advance chaps.

Hello, are you talking about the fuel pipe between the injectors and the fuel rail?

If its injector hose you might need to get high pressure fuel hose or if your unsure about it its not something that can be messed around with and best left to someone who can do it...One mistake and bye bye baby..baby bye bye...Ive had some serious fuel leaks but they have been at the rear of the car even though an inch away from a hot exhaust in one incident, But at the front of the car there is more ignitable possibilities,,I hope your not driving it like that.

Hello if your ok with the spanners its an easy job just time consuming.
Get good quality fuel line a bucket load of dubalees and its easy to do if the top half of the plenum and inlet are taken off then the rail can be lifted out. Worth doing and take your time.
Use a smear of grease to help the pipe over the injectors and rail pipe.
