I am having some trouble at the moment, i might have to pull out of dates on the 16th,17th and 18th. Are there any other dates in july when the track is open for touristenfahrten days?

i/we will be going again this year after last years epic trip. second weekend of june or july is looking good. we stoped in koln, it was a good few days and nights.

this site will probably be the most up to date this year, already shows details of early opening this weekend so you can count on it being up to date.

Thankyou for all the info guys, i'm aiming for the 9th and 10th of july. It seems impossible to get a hotel booking due to the truck grand prix. Does anyone know of a good place to stay within a 15-20mile radius of the ring?

Try some of the booking sites. I generally use these two:

There are loads of hotels in a 15 - 20 mile radius. You'll find something, no worries.
