I've just bought an E38 - advice please

Chaps, could I ask a favour for you cast your knowledgable eyes over this car please? Is there anything obviously wrong or things I need to check/look out for? I've cast an eye over meeknet but I've never owned a car of this size before and buying into such a nice car at shed money is slightly daunting!

If you need more advice/support, I'd recommend joining the fine folks at www.the7seriesregister.co.uk. Meeting at Duxford on 1st of May too, largest gathering of 7s in the country that day - great place to have other owners have a look at the car!

Thanks for the tip - I have joined but not posted yet - picked the car up today, it's brilliant! Everything works! Can't believe the bargain! May well waft along to Duxford...

Watch for rust on the boot lid return just above the numberplate.

That particular ones seems to be OK at the moment though.
