that's disappointing, the other way round would have been better. I joined so that I could go to more meetings without having to pay £22 every time .. seems like I wasted my money.

Its ten pounds if you are a member .The way i think of it is1 you get a great breakfast 2 you get to [hopefully] mingle with all kinds of enthusiasts and 3, you are not havibg the fuel costs to drive to Goodwood. No disrepect to Goodwood as i go to many of their breakfast meetings myself. If you are coming i.e from the A3 turn right at the roundabout after silvermere golf club and continue staight on and you will see the signs to the meet.We marshals will park you up in a display.

Might bring 2 cars if she can be persuaded to drive too...

I see it's 'Vintage and Classic' - we'll be bringing a DB9 and a 964 911 Targa, not sure they fit into that category!

Still a chance of getting into the paddock if early enough??

Well the 911 battery is flat, do I jump it and hope Brooklands is far enough for a charge? Or come in one car and have to leave early?? Decisions...

Well that depends on how far you have to travel wink but ther'ii be plenty of people to give you a push if necessary.

All sorted and the drive was long enough.

What a great little event and had a good long look around the museum as well. Will be down for the next one definitely, hopefully in the Marcos for a bit more period flavour.
