Fluffsri,

Me and Mrs Peppermint would love to come and spectate, we live just down the road...

Is spectating only allowed?

Any charge to spectate?

Ive had a chat with my boss and we have agreed that spectators will be charged £5 and all of that will go to charity, be it H4H or SSAFA.

The company who runs it suggested the price. We have to cover their fees, our fees and yes some of the profits are going to charity, we will be giving to SSAFA,H4H and the charities that our station supports. This is our first event on our own so we are trying our best to accomodate everyone. I didnt think it was to bad for unlimited runs from 10am til 5pm.

Excellent, we will be there to spectate.

Being a military site I presume we need to provide our names in advance (to be left on a list at the gate) and bring photo ID?

It certainly is the way forward m well done . bikes and cars do need to unite .

Have you run at any straightliners events at Elvington ?

These events will become fewer and fewer as these locations dry up.
