To read this board it seems Most Pistonheaders must always be driving to international emergencies that require their unique skills, preventing the end of the world or rushing to save a Bus full of Schoolkids teetering on the edge of a crevasse as in every post there seems to be some criticism of other drivers who are simply going about the mundane business of moving their children to a place of education or going to buy food for them, as you can see, frivolous and pointless practices that should be outlawed to keep the roads clear.

So, this dismissal of the rest of humanity who have to go about their mortal lives makes me think Pistonheaders must not trouble themselves with such trivial tasks, no, they are engaging in the very important practice of "hooning" which is driving not encumbered with Children or Food, driving merely for the sake of driving with no actual goal.

Er, actually, we might be onto a looser here lads biggrin

Can those bloody kids not walk to school? They say kids aren't getting enough exercise as it is.

If you want to see the typical driver's view of driving, look no further than how people navigate a supermarket with a trolley.

Im always concerned about how I drive and how I treat my car. As its my hobby I maintain it regularly. Just recently cleaned out the throttle body, it was really mucky and affecting the revs.

What really pisses me off is people like my neighbour who uses his suzuki little van while he is windowcleaning, puts ladders on it, and i ve never seen it washed by him, maintained, not even oil checked, not even a day where its bust and does not move.

yet I maintain mine and always find a bloody screw in the tyres or something else.

But surely thats their right, assuming they and their cars are within the law. My farther for instance see's driving as simple act of getting safely from one place or another and not as some joyious (sp? brain fail) past time like many on here.
