A sad day

I lift the cover of my baby as i normally do, to give it a good clean. But when i look at the back of the car there's a dirty great big crack by the wheel arch and the paint cracked to peices. Looks like some one has just reversed into it and then just done a runner. My questions is i need to get it repaired and just wondering if Panel Wise in Weybridge is any good, or has any one had any experience with them. I know they deal with all repairs from Bell and Colville. Thanks

If they are who I'm thinking of, they do all the work for Mercedes for the Walton dealership too. Think they have a pretty good reputation.

As to fixing it, dunno best get a quote before deciding.

sorry to hear that too. I span my car back in November last year and managed to do some cracking damage to the rear end. The Lotus dealer quoted me £4000 to fix it so I ended up finding a place called Peels motorkraft (peelsmotorkraft.co.uk)ls in Bristol who did some serious repair work for £1500.

The chap who looked after me is a Lotus enthusiast so I knew i left it in good hands.

They only charge £25/hour which is amazing!
Well worth the trip and they provide a courtesy car.
