No some came with hard back seats and some didnt not that it really matters but the hard back ones look slightly nicer imo cheers sean
There were two types of seat fitted to Sagaris'. The standard Tuscan seats, (hooped headrest and side supports), mainly fitted to the later models & the Sparco style ones with wings on the headrest (earlier models). IMO the latter (earlier style) look far better and race car like than the Tuscan ones and give more support in the shoulders. Having said that, the Tuscan style ones allow the feeding through of safety harnesses via the hoop if you want extra support on the track.Edited by YRRunner on Thursday 10th March 18:05

There were four types of seat fitted to the Sag. There were the two types you have mentioned and kindly shown. There were also the hardbacked ones with wider wings around the headrest area that did not turn in as much ala Tamora/T350 type and then finally the Sparco seats as fitted to press Sag in silver with hinged bonnet and also fitted to Nikolais left hand drive blue car. So now youve even more choice!

I stand corrected, although I really meant the majority of production cars, not one off's. I'd like to see pictures of the "hardbacked wider wings" of which you speak. Out of 20+ Sags at Chatsworth last year, I never saw anything other than the 2 illustrated (except for Jason's supercharged of course). I'm not saying they don't exist, I'm just talking about the vast, vast majority of production cars. If we're gonna get pedantic, I can say that you're "wrong!", in that as well as the standard Sparco style seats (Tamora/T350) which had no or manual lumbar support, there were also ones with electric lumbar (which mine has There were four types of seat fitted to the Sag. These were fitted to my car as a special order late 2005 so guess they are the later type referred to. They are different to earlier Sag/T350/Tamora seats.

I wasnt being pedantic and apologise if it seemed so. If your after the hard back seats you may be able to source some through surface and design. I much prefer the wing back seats to the Tuscan style, but you cannot use a harness with them. If its purely a road car with occasional track use then they look best.
