Oil level / Pressure

Having a speed 6 Cerb most might not be able to help on this one, but I need schooling on the relation of oil pressure to oil level? Trying to effectivly measure the rate at which my car uses oil. Its quite oil thirsty compared to my last one. Maybe theres already a thread on this someone could link

If I've understood the question correctly then there is no relation between the two.
So long as there is sufficient oil to be picked up then the engine will create oil pressure - how high or low that is depends on the viscosity of the oil, the type of engine, wear on bearings etc.
Oil consumption is usually down to worn piston rings allowing oil up into the combustion chamber where it's burnt or worn valve seals / guides which does the same - albeit from the opposite direction.
However, your oil pressure will be the same whether the oil level is at the top or bottom of the dipstick - until it drops off the bottom of the dipstick, the engine can't pick it up any more and you land yourself with a big bill

As above there is no relation between oil pressure and oil level as I understsnd it!!
I also have a sp6 cerb (2003) and oil pressure is around 45/50 when warmed up and driving and drops to about 10/15 on tickover. Mine uses very little oil, but I have only road taxed it yesterday after winter lay-up It's been a while since I checked but I normally check after every drive or so.
