Toyota Paseo Galliano
Discussion
Anyone live near/know of any of these? I'm a true enthusiast and I am trying to get a log of how many are left of the original 50.
So far have 17 listed.
If anyone sees any around and could grab a picture or two showing around the car to see how its changed over the years that would be fab! If you manage to talk to the owner please do put them in touch with me via Paseogalliano@hotmail.co.uk or forward them to my owners forum www.paseopimp.net
For those not in the know, they are the Yellow Paseo's in the UK. All Yellow ones in the UK are Galliano models unless imported. Any help would be great.

The Paseo was never as good as its rivals and it was overpriced, yet indeed, due to this, its rarity shows colours now they are 15 years old. They are cheap to run and insure too, hence why I have one at 17. I'm a true enthusiast on them though.
The Galliano is yellow, with a front lip, aqua marine decals, 15inch alloys and low profile tyres. Most have had the decals removed and lost centercaps and the front lip over the years, but were still trying to find how many are left. I'm currently searching for one worthy enough of a restoration to put to complete factory standard for a concours show car for years to come.
Due to the rarity they may well turn out to be a classic-esque car.

I had a Red Paseo as my first car :-) brilliant little thing, sounded pretty good with a de-cat and a few other bits too...always hankered after the full lip kit but they always made a fortune! Although I did see a cynos (import) the other day with a full kit on it which was nice to see!
It was a shame to see that the orginal paseoclub had gone? quite a friendly bunch on there!
btw, there is a Yellow Paseo near me somewhere as I sold him my exhaust when I got rid of mine...

Yeah with the full lip kit and fogs too.
Riko is still around every now and then, very active on the UK Starlet Club/ PaseoPIMP forums. Hes undergoing a full rebuild at the moment, the cars in bits in his garage and has been for ages now, rebuilding the engine I believe to be a 5e turbo.
