Fuel injector sleeves

Hi all,

I'm looking for some help sourcing a small but essential part that we're missing in our 2.8 V6 Tasmin rebuild. It's the plastic sleeve that sits on the fuel injector and holds the o-ring seal in place. Somewhere along the line we've managed to lose one of them, and while the o-rings are easy enough to source, no luck yet on the plastic sleeve.

Can anyone point me in the right direction for this? Small issue I know but it's becoming a hinderance to putting the engine back together now!
