Can you help me ID a watch?

Was with a client yesterday and noticed he had a very nice watch on. I think it was a Tag, but I can't say for certain. It looked very much like this, but cleaner:

Can you think of anything that looks similar to this?

Haha! No he works for one of the biggest players in our industry, I know they aren't short of cash!! I just thought it was a very nice watch.

It looked very similar, but it didn't look to have as much texture on it...

Wasn't a Tudor Heritage with a black face then ? IIRC they're a bit more orangey than red ?

By the sounds of things, I doubt it'll be this, but Sekonda do a model that is VERY similar to that Tag.

I think it might actually be the Tag.

I'm 90% sure it's the Tag, although I'm not sure that it had the numbers on the bezel...

I might be working with them again next week, I'll remember to ask this time.

That's what I was going to suggest! Are you sure it wasn't the RS17 above? There is a world of difference between the Accurist and a TAG RS17 ...

I tried one on the other week and loved it! If one comes up second hand at the right price, then it might persuade me enough to opt for one over my grail. However it would still be a tough decision to make ... I really want a JLC

I actually emailed the guy about other stuff and asked, he was quite embarrassed to it was the Accurist! I had a look at the Tag RS at Heathrow yesterday and it is indeed very very nice. Something to save up for me thinks
