Just to keep things in perspective, how many pages long were the various threads relating to the possible cancellation of the Bahrain GP ?
I dont seem to remember an outcry demanding that everyone should be thinking of the poor little arabs having 7 kinds of s
t beaten out of them by a brutal regime ?
What is so different here, just because god is the perpetrator rather than some poxy arab prince ? or we have to feel sorrier for these lovely little Japanese people than we did for those nasty camel flea infested Arabs?

I do actually support your view, although insurance companies and the like have been known to use the phrase act of god to describe natural disasters I tend more to your atheist viewpoint.
Had Suzuka been scheduled for 27th March, would there have been the same offence at the OP,s Q I wonder?
Only thing I can find wrong with the Q is the timescale till the event. God knows. . . or someone else then OK OK, what disasters we will have threatening our GP,s by then
Hell, if there is a God he might like to send the next tsunami to Monaco and sink the nasty corrupt little mafioso regime, along with all the nasty unsavoury individuals hanging out there. F1 drivers excepted , of course.
