...To treat its viewers like complete idiots. im sick of bbc and sky. russia today offered a little restbite until i saw it doing a little panick mongering this morning.

is there a news channel that just gives the facts as they are and doesn just blab on pointlessly speculating and not backing upstatements with not just facts but figured too.
i.e russia today keep comparing toyoko to cheynoble.... fk is it any thing like that clusterfk of a melt down.

do i have any options or shoul i just not bother watching the news and get m info elsewhere?

I really don't think that any news channel anymore is particularly suited to a mature and intelligent viewer (so I have been told.....).

I just watched the BBC (I know, I will never learn) but got so frustrated I switched it back over.

Agreed.. Most news channels treat you like an idiot, and repeat everything over and over every ten minutes.

I'd be more bothered by the Sieverts than a 'largely obsolete unit of absorbed radiation dose'
