Hi, I was thinking of replacing/upgrading the alloys on my 05 Alfa GT.
I was just wondering what size of wheels the GT can take, would 19's go straight on?, there seem to be a lot of 19's for sale on ebay that say they will fit.
Or would I be best sticking with 18's, there doesn't seem to be much of a price difference between the two sizes.
Thanks

Having had lots of experience buying and selling GTs and supplying wheels for them I would go no bigger than 18s and in my opinion the best combination of driveability and looks are the 17s. The 18s can generate more road noise, the ride becomes tiresome, the wheels are very easy to kerb (especially the Alfa turbines)and wearing anything but almost new tyres they tramline badly but they do look great!

Which wheels are you thinking of? BBS CH would look good on it! smile

Those are 8.5 x 19" by the way.

I've not got a clue what wheels I want.
Currently got 18" Alfa multispoke but they are badly corroded, I know refurbing is possible, I just fancied a change.
Those wheels are nice btw!
