Polishing RG/Power tailpipes?

I want the Racing Green or TVR Power tailpipes for my T350,but looking at the web pictures,it looks like only the tips are polished.Does anyone know if the complete tailpipes including welds are stainless?I'm hoping to have the whole tailpipes polished,has anyone had this done?I also could do with some more centre pipes.The joint in the pipes under the diff must have been leeking at some point and Mr McGoo has welded them up making them beyond repair.If anyone has any centre pipes or tailpipes for sale,could you pm me.Regards,Steve.

They look like this. You can polish them but I can't be arsed. Nightspirit on here has done a nice job of it for the Tam, leaving them exposed. Mine are covered.

with a buffing wheel and some autoglym metal polish you can get them almost mirror finish (mine were rank when I removed the heat shield)
