New rear tyres for my 'S'

Time for a new topic me thinks.

Okay this maybe an old chestnut for some but as I need new rubber for my rear end I thought I'd start here.

Has anybody got a good supplier for tyres for 18" wheels, I tried my local OPC they came up with £200 + vat per corner I also tried the supplier that is connected with pistonheads but they didn't reply.

Good idea about having a separate site for box owners, once a few more find it - maybe they need sat nav !

What kind are you looking for, I would suggest keeping the same make on each corner.. Black Circles do good prices.. I have a local guy near me in Glasgow and he does a stunning price..

I've got michelin pilots the size is 255/40 ZR 17

There 17's not 18's opps !

I think that Costco can now supply any type of Michelin tyre now although they have to order them in.

The micheldever tyres group are pretty good if you are anywhere along the M3. Under £500 for 4 new 17" tyres - Pirelli P Zero N2

Bracknell Tyres (in Bracknell between M3/M4) always come up very good value for tyres. Paid about 500 for a full set in Dec.

Costco are good for common sizes, but will be more expensive for the slightly unusual - so I find them expensive for the boxster.

The cheapest on-line I've seen varies between blackcirles.co.uk or mytyres.co.uk - who seem to vary depending on the size.

I tried the Black Circle link as suggested but as I found out before they didn't get back to me. It seems some companies just don't want the business !!
