So why did you ask for pricing for two turbo's?

Mike,

I just want to advise that it will be much easier if you head for 550 bhp with twin turbo modified T28's. Also i am not sure about prices on all the stuff but not sure about suply only on alot.

Exhaust 1800
intercooler (the one you have appears too big, you may get inconsistent boost)
fuel pumps
Fuel tank mod
injectors

For the rest of the engine build i would contact Jetstream.
but for valve springs, you may want to upgrade for bigger valves to go with the gas flowed ports.

Kevin has just had similar spec build completed so i assume his 10k+ on parts will be pretty accurate.

its going to be expensive Mike

Gearbox 800
gearbox pump/cooler 350
clutch 500
Slave 250
injectors 350
valve springs 350
pistons 900
turbos 2.5k?
flow heads 700

not sure if you already have them but you will also need
intercooler 850
exhaust 1.5k

as Kev says you wont get any change out of 10k even tho your doing your labour and mapping.

10 k just to go to the next level is pretty huge !

i reckon i can do it for less than half that (I have a few favours to pull in)

will 600 bhp plus keep breaking things ?
what experiences have you guys had ?

Surely that is a challenge then, 600 reliable consistent BHP for less than £5000 including the price of the Turbo/Turbo's

This will be interesting.

You'll need some MEGA favours.
The turbos alone will cost you nearly half your budget, and as for the next level l think you've missed out several levels in between !

Noble motorpsort offer it as part of upgrade for gas flowed ports, and stronger valve springs etc..i just thought it was part of the head work required.

shot peaning is only 500... plus the labour... I know we did more than just shot peaning hence I spent 1200 with the gearbox man plus a new lsd.

These prices are Inc Vat and I did buy a second hand gear box as I thought it would of had less wear than my 47k noble one. I was right as the gearbox man said it was in good condition.

Shot Peen £499.38
Colling machining £58.75
Cooling parts £32.90
3rd Gear Set £0.00
Bearings Seals & Sundries £146.88

"Thrust bearing
94zt-7a564-ba" £119.26

P.S. I have a whole spread sheet of parts cost if you are interested, it is for a 2.5 but it will give you an idea.

How many miles has the gearbox done? The gearboxman doesn't recommend shot peening if it's done more than 20K as there may be damage to the gearsets and contrary to popular belief, polishing and shot peening won't fix that. As such, you might want to add c.£1500 for a new box before you have it peened.
