Had my E46 two weeks and I have lost the off side Chrome side vent. I'm pretty sure these don't just fall out but some ****** has nicked it. Grrrrr!

Can anyone suggest where to get a replacement? I have seen them for about £65 on ebay, sounds pricey and not sure if i trust ordering one from Taiwan...

Cheers.

Not sure how much they'd be from a BMW parts department but worth a try.

Look up the part number at realoem.com

I have a set as mine were upgraded to carbon fibre ones by the previous owner in his quest to de-chrome the car? You be interested?

Cheers

Some bar steward had away with mine about 18 months ago. I refused to go the ebay route as I didn't want to encourage the thieving scrotes in case they nicked them to sell. BMW parts department are your friend if somewhat expensive!

I think you may find they dont get stolen but do fall out! Even if they seem well attached when the car is stationary, at Autobahn speeds the problem is common.

I took mine out to clean them. Surprised they haven't fallen out since - they don't seem to fit in very securely.

I know there is a good trade in these parts as I had my bumpers stolen of my old 328 sport, so assumed it would be another tea leaf.
