electric gates/garage/intercom run from I-Phone - poss?

Hi everyone.

Im about to insatll two electric gates and ana electric garage door. One gate is on to one drive way the other gate is onto another driveway which houses the garage. as well as this we are installing an intercom.

we already have a router in the house and lutron lighting which can also be used for other electrical applications.

Is there a product which can enable us to open gates and garage from an i-phone rather than having 3 different remotes?

Plenty of GSM gate systems out there. So will work on any phone, doesn't have to be a Jesusphone.

Yes, they should all trigger off a simple contact closure, so you could do it via a simple iPhone app.

Which Lutron system do you have, as it may be better to do it that way and then use the free lutron app.

I think Ive got homeworks. Ive got the lutron app but the system asnt been connected to the home router yet. so maybe I should get that done first, then I can run the gates via lutron from my phone.
