What are the must-have options on the X5 40d Msport?

At the moment, I'm thinking of going for these options (on a new carbon black 40d Msport):

- M Double Spoke Style 333M (20")
- Media package
- Head Up Display
- Loudspeaker pack (business) [12 speaker 205w system - is this the same as the 12 speaker DSP system I've got on my e53 4.4?]
- Sun protection glass
- Piano Black trim (and black Nevada leather)
- Powered Bootlid
- Ext mirrors - folding, auto dimming
- Lumbar support (front)
- Seat heating (front)
- Air con (4 zones)
- 3rd row seating

Am I missing anything essential or worthwhile?

Have the following additional toys on ours and would recommend them:

Panoramic Roof - will lighten the interior, given you'll have black seats, black headlining, and piano black trim.

Logic 7 / Pro hi fi - the business upgrade is still pretty feeble, pro / L7 much better.

Surround camera system - priceless when I need to reverse to within about 1 inch of the garage back wall for it to fit.

With hindsight I would have also added the heated steering wheel.
