S supercharged

Hey everyone,

Recently purchased a 2006 s, probably one of the last before the turbo was introduced. Love it, great little car. It's an official unmodified car. It just feels so much faster than it's supposed to, much faster than my golf V gti. Is this just subjective or did BMW lie about those power figures?

Some do put out a bit more than they're supposed to. But probably just feels faster than it is, closer to the road and noisier than a Golf.

That said, some cars sold as "cherished" have been known to be modified
