Hi,
I answered a simular question on TVRCC recently please see below as to what I posted, Oh think there is something wrong with your pod too, sure mine's the other way over
Locked (overnight) Start Button - off, Door Switch - flashing red, Window Switch - off
Unlocked Start Button - flashing green, Door Switch - off, Window Switch - off
Ignition on (either with or without immobiliser) Start Button - solid green, Door Switch - solid green, Window Switch - solid green
Engine Running Car Stationary Start Button - solid green, Door Switch - solid green, Window Switch - solid green
Engine Running Car Moving Start Button - solid green, Door Switch - solid red, Window Switch - solid green
Locking Sequence Start Button - solid green, Door Switch - flashing amber, Window Switch - alternate sides falshing green (if a side window is down, the buttons for that side stay off until the window is fully raised, then flash on their own at the end of the sequence)
I did note the start button flashed green during and after the lock sequence and beyond the point of boredom Ermm, so presume it does this for some before reverting to off permanently. Think I recall in the past it flashing red if the car is unlocked for a period too.

Thanks Andy for the explaining the lights on the console as I'd posted on TVRCC ages ago asking for a meaning but had no reply.
A few times when I've been driving I've had the two window switch lights not working. This can be either the drivers side or passenger. It dosent happen that often but wondered if you had any ideas?

O.P. forgot to mention the door switch glows red when moving to indicate the doors can't be opened, can't imagine why
