Where do I stand legally guys............I`ll keep it short.
Neighbour number one has bought a small dog. They go to work and leave the dog which yaps non-stop when I`m in MY garden. I`ve spoken to them.....they said I should say "Hello" do the mutt. I have no intention of making friends with the little st!!!
Neighbour number two has let soil in their garden rest against many of my fence panels pushing them to such an extent that they are breaking up. We are on a slight incline so their argument is that the weather causes the problem but clearly the boundary line is breached.

Can't help with the dog, but for the fence panels, gravel boards are always useful.

I was getting bad damp in my garage from a neighbour who had piled soil against the back wall; luckily when I mentioned it he took it waway.

Let the mutt into your garden, get the fence to fall on it, neighbour 2s fault, they will replace fence. Sorted

Why not try befriending the dog? Hardly a biggy is it?

Perhaps try calmly discussing the fence issue with the other neighbour and suggest replacing with concrete posts and gravel boards cost split 50/50.

A couple of small issues which if dealt with in the correct way will go away.

Deal with them in the wrong way and your life will become a living hell.

yapping puppy will eventually get used to you and shut the hell up. fence can be cured with gravel boards as said, offer to pay half.

however, if fence neighbours don't care then 'ensure' the fence fails and insist they replace it.

May not be legal in this country but you can get an ultrasonic noise emitter that can be used to train the dog to be quiet.

When it barks, zap it with the emitter. It will then associate you with an unpleasant noise and stop barking.

My parents used to live in Greece and used one of these to control packs of wild dogs to great effect.

Allow dog into your garden, through a gog created hole...let the other fence fall down....dog escapes into their garden then its their problem as it digs up the flowers and craps everywhere

get some tasty sausages and dog laxatives, hopefully mixing the 2 and chucking over the fence might help

rspca is another, you spotted a wet dog that looks like it is shivering and left out all day...

They're legal. I bought one and retrained the neighbour AND his dog (there's an audible but very high pitched test setting hehe).

Neighbours have moved away so the first £20 takes it.

Yes poison the dog, in fact, fk chocolate, it's far too quick acting, chuck raisins over the fence, the dog will die in agony over the next three weeks if you can stand the noise that long!

OP for any avoidance of doubt;

DO NOT GIVE CHOCOLATE (OR RAISINS) TO DOGS, IT IS POISONOUS

the darker the chocolate the worse it is for the mutt, think it is theobromine that kills the mutt, doggy chox have it removed

about as bad as leaving bowls of antifreeze for cats to drink, although I suspect that is worse

Right - 2 mins to say "hello" to the dog so it no longer barks at you or 10 mins to type up your post asking people how to avoid saying hello to the dog.

Sensible.

I was about to post the same. Sounds like its the OP with a personality problem more than anything else!

I wonder if he gets so irate at all the little things he sees day to day, like for example, everything outside his front door.
