Hi all

Looking forward to my first track experience as a passenger in a catehram in April and was wondering if there is insurance for passengers only out there at all? Just to cover any potential injury in the event of a crash . Links and advice would be appreciated .

Cheers

I didn't even know there was insurance for the driver - I just assumed trackday insurance covered the value of your own car and nothing else.

Indeed! If you are particular flush with cash and / or feel you really do need to be insured in case of injury. I think you need to look at your personal injury insurance and see if you are covered or not.
Edit: https://secure.moris.co.uk/optional_extensions.asp £10 apparently.

I am the passenger - I deal with complex and serious injury insurance claims so i am a bit of a nerd / and would like to know whether I can get insurance for myself smile The car isn't insured for track use.

I think the best insurance is to only get in a car when you trust the driver.
