Reported on autosport.com that the Bernster is a bit at loggerheads with Napoleon over plans to convert F1 to an upmarket version of Formulsa Palmer/Audi with poxy little four pot turbos from 2013.

According to the little man, well the other one isnt that big either , much of F1 appeal to public is noise, especially for the girlies he says
