Another what car!!
Discussion
Not for me I hasten to add, I'm happy with the old shed, for ex wife
budget 11k
This car she wants to keep for some time...historically she likes golfs,3 series and nefarious german stuff.
Her dilemma is, a new polo,3 year old a3, 4 year old 3series,3 year old golf. Older ones with separate purchased warranty for 3 years, but major depreciation gone, newer car not so but minimal miles.
I know what I would go for but it's not about me.
Approx 10k miles a year.
What do we think?

SEAT Ibiza might be worth a look, £9500 would pick up a brand new 1.4 Chill. Much better equipped than a Polo, 16" Alloys, Climate Control, Cruise Control, iPod input and Bluetooth as standard on that model.
You could get a brand new Octavia 1.6 SE for £11k, same as a Golf/ Leon/ A3 but a lot cheaper and more practical.
Or what about a Mercedes A160? £11K would pick up a 2010 model.
Lots to choose from within that budget really.

True, the Kia is a good alternative to the OSCA, but for me the only advantage would be the hatchback.
Besides, the OSCA doesn't need a warranty. They're good for 50,000 miles plus a year, with only regular oil & filter changes every 20k. Also, don't forget that dynamically they're nuggety as fvck. which is something you can't claim for the Korean car.
