Supply issues

I've been trying to get a Nikon 85mm f/1.4G for a week now. Most places are saying out of stock. One dealer told me this morning Nikon have said no shipping for 4-6 weeks due to the Japanese situation.

I think lenses are made in Japan and bodies in Thailand so I guess at least lenses are gonna become harder to obtain.

Have you tried warehouse express? Was trying to buy a 24mm PC-E last week, nowhere but Warehouse express had them in stock.

Guy at Calumet said the same thing about supply issues, apparently Nikon is affected more so than Canon but many factories have closed and stopped production, especially small component suppliers so there will be a squeeze.
