Just put a new rad in my Tuscan have been on a few runs out usual warming thru process done. However when I have got back home the water has over heated , the fans are kicking in as usual and all the hoses seem to be in good working order? .

Any suggestions, Thank you in advance

Rod,
According to G.Varleys book, the cooling system is hard to bleed.
The bleed vent is on top of the rad' - near side (main bonnet lifted).
Check also that you have coolant at the heater pipes (heater control to full hot).Pipes are nearside - go into heater matrix housing - this is probably highest point in system.

GV recommends lifting near side whilst bleeding rad'.

Recently done the same and I filled the rad before attaching hoses then bled, bled and bled again. All was well, or so i thought, until I raised the front of the car for another job and decided to bleed again. Loads of air came out with the front raised. Well worth a try.

Also, you may have overfilled the system which would result in your symptoms.
