I have the itch to go yoofull and have the wheels gloss black on my Tuscan (blue - see profile)

Any thoughts? Or a better colour, or just leave alone?

Also does anyone know of a local wheel place where I can leave the car as I cannot be arsed taking the wheels off.

Not a big fan of dark wheels on dark cars. Used to have a black car with anthracite coloured alloys and they just look dirty no matter how clean they are. IMHO alloys should somewhat contrast the body colour of a car.

Oh, and to recommend a place to have it done: http://www.wheelrefurbishing.co.uk/

Have used them 3 times in the past and although a bit more expensive, they do offer to leave your car there. They are in the middle of no-where though, so make sure you get a taxi to follow you wink

Stay silver on yours, the blue and silver work really well together IMO.

If you're wanting to get them done get onto BJV engineering.

Very good service, great quality and a relatively quick turn around.

I had my wheels painted carbon by this lot when I had the RX8. They did a brilliant job and the car looked ace (it was dark grey).

Frenchda,

Please don't go with Shadow Chrome as that's the colour I will be for when I get my wheels refurbished smile
