Dipstick

While checking my oil the purple piece at the end of the tube worked its way loose, came out with the dipstick, and dropped into the gubbins of the engine.

As a result, my dipstick has nothing to lock into now and I don't want any fluid getting in down the tube. Anyone got a spare one or know where I might get my hands on one?

It'll probably be lying on the alloy plate under the engine, get underneath with a torch and a wire coat hanger, you may be able to hook it out.
