In a 110 the center seat section are 3 seats 2 with diagnal seat belts and 1 with a lap belt. Is there anyone doing a conversion so that all 3 occupants can have a diagnal belt?

mucho aprreciated

Ours has proper belts for all three seats. It's the current model.

Ah thank you - Gives a good possibility of buying back my G4 from a friend and converting the center set of seats as we have 3 children 2 x boosters 1x child seat. I sold the G4 and have regretted it ever since as I needed a car to do a longer dirve to work but now having some spare cash may beable to get it back in a few yrs. Lucky I have first refusal on the buy back from my friend.

I have a 110SW and although my eldest uses a booster in our other car I've kept her in a childseat in the 110 as I don't like the idea of no neck support from the low seat backs.
Have others fitted the higher backs from Exmoor and if so are there other drawbacks?

Exmoor do a replacement 3 point belt, but it doesn't have an upper hanger and just runs over the back of the seat. So it can move about and relies on the seat back for strength.

Thank you.

Ive emailed Exmoor and they confirmed the 3 point belt would work for the centre seat in the middle row. I also liked the idea of the head restrains thus changing the center row completly would appear to be the way to go and also the reclining angle can be altered.

Are you going to get the replacement reclining frame from ET? It's about £300 IIRC and I've been toying with the idea. it also moves the seat backs backwards a little to liberate some more legroom for he centre row seats.

If you do, I'll be interested to see how you get on fitting it - have heard differing opinions about how easy it is....

Well, let us know how it goes, and if you get much improvement in leg-room!

I've read reports that the bases need some modification to fit, but plenty of others have said they went in fine.

Aren't Defenders great, every one different rolleyes

hehe
