Precautions for new driver?

My son who has just passed his test after 2 years of lessons is going to be taking my car out tomorrow evening,it is a city Rover with nitrous oxide (seriously).Basically he is going on a first date and taking her to the movies and I don't want him showing off too much so apart from putting a brick under the loud pedal like my father used to do what can I do to reduce its power?
For starters I have reduced tyre pressures to 5psi and switched the fog light on?

Ps the last thread was a bit of a wind up with me saying the ex was buying me an F458 he he.

Take the air filter out, cover half of it with Duct-Tape to reduce air flow and retrofit it, should be good for a 25% reduction in power. Also take the NO2 system out or fit an empty bottle.

I admit that sounded silly but it did happen,the f458 bit was just a wind up.
