Tuscan 2 alarm reset?

Sorry if this has been done to death. Battery went totally dead, had to "break in", put jump start kit on, dash comes on and doors release, fuel pump doesn't prime nor engine turnover. Does the system need resetting and if so how? Thanks Andrew.
