Hair implants....anyone going to own up to having had them?
Discussion
I have a receding hair line and am not overly happy about it. I understand that the 'proper' thing to do is just to shave it all off but I dont think a shaved head is really me.
Ive looked into hair implants and it seems an option (albeit a vain one).
Has anyone on here ever had implants, if so were you happy with the outcome?

Yes, James Nesbitt. And yes, he appears to be very happy.

Now don't take this as fact but I think I have found a very slight cure for being a slap head. I've not got any links with the company by the way. I suffer from mild scalp psoriasis in a couple of places. To sort this I used T-Gel shampoo for a long time, not too often, using Head & Shoulders between treatments. I noticed my hair seemed to stop thinning.
The psoriasis cleared up quite a lot over a few years, possibly because I stopped drinking gallons of coffee. So I stopped using T-Gel. Next thing I notice more hair in the sink and noticeably thinner hair after a few weeks. Start using T-Gel again, hairs in sink reduced, hair thickening, noticeably.
I can only put this down to the T-Gel keeping the skin "thinner" and avoiding the stangulation of the hair folicle that causes hair thinning.
I might be talking utter b
ks and T-Gel can have side effects such as sensitation to sun so be careful, coal tar (T-Gel uses an extract of coal tar) can also have health implications.)
