04 Freelander ipod connection?

Hi all,
Have a 04 freeby SE with the in dash 6 disc autochanger, would like to have an ipod attachment fitted though. Any ideas for kits that are good, also i've found the front speakers to be crap and seem to buzz so i've got the soud coming mostly from the back.
Are there decent upgrades for speakers for freebys?
