Im currently in South Bend, Indiana on business.
Some of you may know this is the home of the "Fighting Irish" and Notre Dame University.
I must admit the place is like nothing ive ever seen before. It makes our UK university look so cheap.
Being a sports fan this is great for me, big stadium, training facilities and the general love for any type of sport going! I'm staying near the campus so have been running arounf their grounds everyday. Everyone is so active, its not the typical USA that has been portrayed to me.
Saying that, this is my first time in the US. Im sure the whales are else where....or not at a sport dominated university.
Unfortunatley the students have been on spring break this week/weekend so its a little quiet!
St Patricks days in Notre Dame is just something else, I was out at some of the bars on campus and I was 1 of 5 people not wearing green! Not only did my accent stand out! Atmosphere was incredible, so were the college girls.
Oh and if you reading this like im a pervy business man staying near a college campus...im 22
Food wasnt bad either!
