spent the weekend on the big island, after a trip to jason`s for mot and geo check, today we drove down into the center of London, with Fatboychim as our tour guide, saw the sights and did a few tunnels, rude not tohehe

sat in traffic around Liecester and Trafalgar squares we were amazed at the number of people taking photos of the car along with waves and smiles, it got to the stage where Fatboy was asking why they didn`t want a pic of his chimearahehe, lots of laughts, a bit of rubber left here and there, going sideways round the corner outside the houses of parliament was a laugh too, made the mrs squeelhehe
an embarrasing moment when I decided to show off to a large tourist group with a bit of a spin up, only to realise we were going down a dead end road, with a copper stood at the end of it giving me the eyeredface

a great weekend, good weather, and I think the sag bought a few smiles to a lot of faces, the only downside was a £40 parking ticket from Battersy park, as I forgot to buy a sodding ticketfrown

Last time I was in that area in mine, an Arab offered to swap his brand new DBS for it. My response - "nah, yours is too common..."

Yep same her Clive, got the Sag out for her sunny Saturday run about just to see how she behaved for her first venture out this year and MY GOD, i sort of forgot the attension ya get. Run the wife to Tesco to pick a bottle of wine up for her all night bender with her mates and in the time i parked (right outside the doors of course hehe) i had 4, yes 4 people tap the window to take pics. 5 mins later i had a bloody croud round the car! Unbeleivable!!!

God i love my Sagaris so much!!!!!! Ever since i clapped eyes on the Sag test on Top Gear in 2005 i knew i had to have one day!

Same thing in Belfast when I take the car out.. The amount of tourists that stop taking pictures of the landmarks to take pictures of the car is quite amazing.. I've had more picture of me taken in the Sagaris in the last 3 years, than all the previous pictures of me since I was born biggrin

The exhaust certainly helps draw attention, given the pops and bangs of her smile

Last Saturday I was in a line of traffic - stopped at lights - on a dual carriage-way. The person in the car next to me was so busy looking at my car they ran into the back of the car infront of them (was only a light tap and I don't think any damage was done but made me chuckle a bit!!)

Yep I love the positive attention it draws, always nice to see someone's face light up like a child on Christmas day. Never fails to make me smile. It doesn't matter what age or sex, they all seem to react.
