You may get a case of the sharts.

I don't eat anything that is even one day out of date.

That's ridiculous, stuff like apples/carrots/potatoes in the fridge can go several weeks past the date and still be fine, better to use some common sense and have a look at the food before binning it, wasteful sod.

Yogurt is off milk anyway so if it wasnt green and if the lid wasnt convex and under pressure I think you will be fine.

We don't over stock, stuff like bread in the freezer and as you mentioned fruit is fine. Rarely need to bin anything.

And you are the friend of all the food companies, the only things you need to pay attention to are use by dates and then only really need to blindly obey them on things like fresh meat or fish etc.
Do you really think if you ate something at 1 minute to midnight it would be fine and that it would be dangerous to eat at 1 minute past?

Was it an eat by or a display until ?

The dates tend to err on the conservative if stored in the correct conditions
for the product they can be viable for quite a while beyond
but i would be careful with dairy products like that as they use live cultures
in their production.

As has been said if there was no bowing out of the lid indicating pressure
then it was most likely fine.

Three months 11 days out of date by my reckoning, so after a highly complex mathematical calculation, I reckon that 30th June is D-Day for you.

You may live a full & fruitful life up to then, or possibly be confined to bed, either way, you're toast.
