A while ago I posted about wanting to protect the radiators on my 997.2 with a set of grills.

Nobody seems to manufacture them, but I was pointed in the direction of Zunsport.

I've been talking to them over the past couple of weeks, and after some photos and discussion, they're keen to add the 997.2 grills to their product range and they invited me over to their workshop for a fitting.

The problem is that the fitting needs two visits.

They're in the West Midlands, and I'm in Frankfurt! A single visit would be ok, but I can't do two trips.

SO.... if you live in that neck of the woods, and fancy a set of grills, please get in touch with Peter Langston at Zunsport (www.zunsport.co.uk/contact.asp ).

He has suggested that the first set of grills would be free-of-charge by way of thanks to the owner of the first car for making the effort.

And if you do, I'll be a very happy chappy because once they have a set that fits I can buy them myself

Had a set fitted by Porsche Reading on a CGT. May do the same on my 997.2. Nice offer above and would suits someone in that area. Cheaper than new rads.

You don't even notice them so worry doing.

I require 997.1 Turbo grills and had the same offer to visit them for measurement etc. As and when I'm in the area, I'll give them a shout.

Bit expensive, FVD do them and you could always make your own from Halfords mesh.If on the extended warranty you would invalidate it too.

Easily removed for any warranty problems, just clip in.

FVD ones are bumper off and trim, Zunsport are bumper on and clip in.
