Just got my t350 and i am really impressed with it except for the brakes. Compared to my cerb which i ran on mintex the t350 feels like its got the brakes of my volvo. What pads does everybody tend to use as this is the first thing I will change. Its running wih red ebc at the moment and they have no feel.
I will be using the car mainly on track but i want to get the best out of the original brakes if i can before i think about upgrades.
Cheers in advance Aub

Mintex F4R if you are happy with the squeal. DS2500 were not bad but nothing compared to the Mintex. EBC Reds are terrible pads no wonder it feels rubbish.

Mintex F4 if you do a lot of track stuff but they produce a lot of very aggressive dust.

I have always found my T350 to have good brakes - it runs with AP discs and Ferodo DS3000 pads. You can also increase the front disc size quite easily with one of these:

Always found the brakes powerful enough as standard even though I use Tuscan S discs but only because I had to replace the originals (the need to upgrade!). Its all too easy to get the brakes to the point of lock-up even with R888s so there's no lack of mechanical advantage. A change of pad material makes for the best improvement to reduce fade and improve feel.

Cheers for the replies I have used mintex in the past with good results so will probably go down that route again before upgrading. The dust from the pads im assuming is only bad if left on for some time, I clean the wheels and callipers after every track as a matter of course so am I right to asume this is good enough not to let the dust do damage.
Thanks Aub
