Is it likely to be the relays?

Hi I have done a search but have not found a situation exactly like mine. Mrs didn't shut the door properly (again) last week and so I suspect the battery went a bit flat. When I connected the Accumate on Friday there were clicking noises and alarm beeps for a while but these eventually stopped. Green light on accumate and so battery now fully charged. Clicker appears to lock and unlock the car OK, ignition on, push clicker but, for the first time ever in over 6 years, no reassuring gurgling from behind as the fuel pump primes. I guess the first thing to check are the relays but is there anything that might need re-setting?

Reset the alarm? nornally the cause of my problems when battery has gone flat.

Disconnect battery for a min or two then connect up and hold down fob button for 20 sec (I think?) sure some one will be along to correct me if I'm wrong.

Same thing happened to me recently and as previous poster said I disconnected the battery until the red alarm led went out and after that all was ok after reconnecting the battery alarm plipper worked fine and everything was back to normal. Did not have to hold mine down for 20 seconds though.

Thanks - disconnected the battery, waited a while, re-connected, a few squeeks and then the pump started whirring - oh joy. It's a nightmare down in the footwell. All I have to do now is get the second battery bolt back in but that might have to wait until it goes in for a service in the summer. I also saw for the first time the two relays that tend to fail so I will be able to attend to them if required.

That's only the second job I have ever done on a TVR.
