Le Mans series review

Enjoy.
I would, if only it weren't for the dreadful commentary
But that aside, nice to see the highlights of a really good series. The Eurosport highlights of Sebring were pretty good too - not too many adverts, but Martin Cole (or whatever his name is) needs shaking from time to time

Also, Dave is occassionaly showing "road to le mans" about Lord Drayson racing in the ALMS on his way to le mans.
The Lord Drayson one is 'Licence to Le Mans', but there's also a good series (often repeated on one of the Discovery channels) called 'Road to Le Mans' which is about the Creation Autosport team. That's pretty interesting too, even if it is a few years old now.williamp said:
Not seen the Creation one
I think it usually shows up on Discovery Turbo - was on earlier this year.Think it dates back to about the 2005 or 2006 season, but it's a three part series which looks at developing the car, the races in the build-up to Le Mans and then Le Mans itself. Really interesting, especially when they talk about setting the car up and some of the issues they had with that.
found an Audi film about 2008 three times 30 minutes on youtube and in HD called something like The Truth
here is the link... some other good stuff there

'Truth in 24' - good film, but stupidly only available on DVD from US Audi dealers. If you have a US iTunes account you used to be able to download it for free, but it's copy protected so difficult to copy to a DVD (at least for those of us who are hard of computering....).

I'm pretty sure if you are a resourceful type you'll be able to find it online at somewhere less reputable - not that I am advocating any shady downloads or anything, and I certainly didn't do that myself and don't therefore have a copy... It was on week before last while I was in Tenerife. Sunshine or Dave....... Dave wone but only for half an hour, then off for my €1 pint of San Migel - yes, ONE EURO.Think it dates back to about the 2005 or 2006 season, but it's a three part series which looks at developing the car, the races in the build-up to Le Mans and then Le Mans itself.
