Tassimo descaler

As title. Anyone know where in Oxford area we can purchase the special descaler for this somewhat 'delicate' piece of machinery? I feel that stockists of the machines ought to sell the stuff, but can't get past the Options loop by tel to, for instance, Currys, and as I am at work want to suss out supply source before advising 'er indoors to go outdoors....
