Please help, connecting charger to Tamora battery

Hi,
Hope someone can help, I have a dead Tamora in the garage! The doors wont open, and I cant get in the same way I did with the Chim.
I have a battery charger, and I can see 2 clear tubes and a black cable at the back of the passenger side wheel arch, but am not sure how to connect the charger, is there someone who can help me out of this. I needed the car for tomorrow, but is dead at the mo!! Bloody TVRs!! lol

Funny that, the battery thing is the first one to hit most TVR owners....
I had dropped an Optima Yellow Top (gel deep cycle/starting dual type) in since the beginning and never a problem, even after 4 (evil I know) weeks of no use, the battery turns the motor over... recommended, although at £250 quids, is a little extreme. Can get for cheaper if you shop around.

I may have to invest with one of those 
, I had probs with the Chim battery too,, but that was leaving the damn lights on though!!
I am a tad concerned that the battery in the Tam went flat after only just under a week though, it is a brand new battery! I have a tracker fitted,, would that make a difference?

Basically lead-acids dont like being drained below a certain limit, and then they try very hard re-charging back up to 95% or more... they usually die if they get drained less than 10%...
The Optima YT is superb, even if at 10%, she will still pump out 750amps to tick over the engine... and after that, she will suck in everything and get back up to 100%, very very quickly.
Tracker, alarm system, they all have a load, and will affect the performance of a lead-acid conventional battery if left to drain over time or through the cold, and the conventional battery will die, if it goes too low, even after the re-charge, she will drain a lot quicker this time, and each time the battery becomes worse and worse.
Performance geltype deep cycle/starter combination is the way to go for reliability and lastability.

What I'd recommend you do, is, clip on the multimeter and look at the voltage guage, then ask your better half to start the motor, while you look at the voltemeter, you should see a 1-2 volt increase in voltage, if you dont or it is erratic, then there is a problem with the alternator... or related along those lines... before you run out and get another battery!
Many people use a trickle charger like the acu-thingy-bob that you just plug on in your garage overnight, and it keeps the battery in tip-top shape, I still prefer the Optima, its a mobile solution.

The best setup I feel is (if you're not going down the Optima route)
Smart/Float Trickle charger with controller (also known as battery conditioner as suggested by simpo) in the garage... Reason why: the cheap, unattended, unregulated "trickle" charger can destroy your battery by overcharging it, and also wreck havoc in the devices attached to the battery too!
and for mobile use...
a solar trickle charger that just plugs into your cigarette lighter...
