BMW E30 front locked brakes

Hi guys im looking for some suggestions...

My E30 seems to have both its front brakes locked on. I wondered why I was down to 12MPG....

Any suggestions?I have jacked it up and they will move but only with a lot of force. The back will move freely until the LSD locks up, the brakes dont seem to be stuck there.

Do you think a bleed will sort it out?Maybe stripping them down and putting them back together?

At a guess, it sounds like the calipers are sticking or won't return properly. I would look at servicing them
