How is this news? Young driver in high risk area gets insurance quotes ranging from expensive to *very* expensive...
I feel for new / young drivers, I really do, but why didn't he check the premiums before the purchase? Perhaps he's hoping that he'll get enough from selling the story to pay the premium...
