Changing my username

Is this possible, just as a one off?

I chose texasjohn as I used to live in Texas, but having moved back to the UK in 2006 it has run its course now!

Yep can be done, go into "My Info" above click on "Profile" and you can change it.

Only thing to remember is that if you or anyone searches your previous posts they will still be under the old username IIRC? The username change isn't retrospective.

Beware, there's nothing to stop someone else nicking your old username while you are moonlighting under a temporary name.

which is why I have another tab open, ready to go with my preferred username - just in case.
