Looking for a......

Hello fellow PH'rs, would anyone have such a thing as a spare complete space saver wheel for a 530d. Apparently this was an optional extra and previous owner did not take up this option. Many thanks for any responses.

I don't have a space saver but have you had a look on eBay yet? I was in a similar predicament with my last 3 series and managed to find one on eBay for around £20, completely unused. Failing this, the Classifieds on here are a good source for parts like that. Or a scrap yard may have some from scrapped vehicles. Some normally have a good selection of wheels they have taken off.

I'd imagine that providing you can find one the same size with the same hub fitting then you should be sorted.

Saying that, I just found the one above and that seems pretty extortionate for a space saver kit! Would you not consider buying a spare second hand alloy complete with tyre? Just wondered whether the space in the boot well will allow a spare alloy rather than a space saver.

That seems a little more like it. Might be worth a bid. Only problem may be its location as its collection only. Also depends on your current wheel size and fitment of course!

What size do you have on yours and what fitment? I'm happy to continue looking through other channels if you wanted to give me some more information?
